Shipping within Kazakhstan
We ship nationwide from our manufacturers' factory and partner warehouses — by forwarder, parcel service or specialised transport for bulky goods. Pick-up is possible by arrangement.
Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, Aktobe, Taraz, Pavlodar, Oskemen, Atyrau, Kostanay, Aktau and any other city or town in Kazakhstan.
Small components ship by courier — Kazpost, CDEK, Exline. Containers, steel structures and hydraulic units travel by forwarder or low-bed trailer with proper documents.
If you prefer, pick the goods up directly at the factory or partner warehouse — we arrange the slot and provide all hand-over documents.
Delivery flow
- 11. Confirm shipping method
When confirming the order we agree on the shipping method and Incoterm (EXW, FCA, DAP) — matching size, weight and destination.
- 22. Preparation of the goods
Once payment is received the goods are packed (bulky items strapped to pallets or steel frames), shipping and hand-over documents are issued and the carrier is briefed.
- 33. Shipping & tracking
You get the tracking number and the carrier's contact. Status can be requested from your manager any time or followed via the tracking link.
- 44. Acceptance & inspection
On receipt check packaging and completeness. If you notice damage — take photos/video and contact the manager immediately so we can open a claim.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery within Kazakhstan take?
Stock items: 2–5 business days by forwarder or parcel service. Bulky goods (containers, steel structures): 5–10 business days depending on factory location and region. Custom builds are scheduled individually.
Do you ship outside Kazakhstan?
Shipments outside Kazakhstan are arranged separately — send us the delivery address and we will quote.
How much does delivery cost?
Cost depends on weight, volume and postcode. We calculate it individually and add it transparently to the invoice — no hidden fees.
Which documents come with the delivery?
Delivery note, CMR/waybill, hand-over protocol and an invoice with VAT details. Machinery comes with a CE declaration of conformity, datasheet and German-language manual.
Can the delivery address be changed?
Before shipping — yes, just message your manager. Once handed over to the carrier, a re-routing fee may apply.
