Why a job board on an industrial supply site

Kaufbund supplies industry: spare parts for heavy equipment, rolled metal, bearings, cable, tools. Our visitors are procurement managers, chief mechanics and plant supervisors. Nearly as often as they ask about stock and lead times, they ask us something else: do you know a good argon welder?

That is not a coincidence. Someone buying for a plant knows the labour market of their own trade better than any agency — and knows that general job sites serve such vacancies badly: an excavator operator ad sinks between couriers and sales managers, and posting costs money and requires an account.

So we built a section for industrial vacancies in Kazakhstan only: production, procurement, warehouse, heavy equipment, power, construction. Posting is free — permanently and for everyone, from a plant with a thousand employees to a workshop that needs one turner.

Our interest is indirect: the more people in the trade use the site, the more likely we are nearby when the plant needs a bearing rather than a person. That is the whole business case, and it does not require charging for a job ad.

How it works

  • Free, no account

No payment, no dashboard, no tariffs. Fill the form and the ad goes to review. Applications reach your phone or email directly.

  • Trade audience

The site is read by people who work in production and procurement.

  • Reviewed by hand

A person reads every ad. Get-rich-quick schemes never reach the site.

  • Rotational work as its own type

Not «temporary work» but rotational shifts as the trade calls them, with travel and housing.

Who is hired here

  • Trades: welders, turners, millers, fitters, erectors.
  • Maintenance and power: equipment repair, instrumentation, electricians.
  • Heavy equipment: excavator, dozer and crane operators, truck drivers.
  • Procurement and warehouse: buyers, storekeepers, pickers, logisticians.
  • Engineering and management: design engineers, site foremen, shop managers.
  • Safety, quality, laboratory: HSE engineers, NDT technicians, lab staff.

Across Kazakhstan

Ads carry a city — Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Shymkent, Aktobe, Atyrau, Pavlodar, Oskemen and others. For rotational work the city is the meeting point, not the workplace.
